Common Questions
The extension is not detecting a recipe on a page.
Some recipe websites use non-standard markup. Try refreshing the page and clicking the extension icon again. If it still doesn't work, send us the URL and we'll look into adding support for that site.
I paid but didn't receive my license key.
Check your spam/junk folder first. The email comes from info@daanbiservices.com. If it's not there after 10 minutes, email us with your payment confirmation and we'll issue your key manually.
How do I activate my license key?
Click the PureRecipe icon in your Chrome toolbar. When the free limit is reached, an "Activate License" screen will appear. Paste your key and click Activate.
Does my license work on multiple devices?
Yes. Your license key works on any browser and any device. Simply enter the same key when prompted.
I want a refund.
